Returns, Exchanges, Refunds 

 

Returns

 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If you are not happy with your purchase you may return it to us for exchange or refund.  If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new, unused condition, with the tags attached, and in the original, undamaged packaging.

Please complete the Return Form and send with the returned order, and email to info@workmode.co.nz.  The Return Form contains the return address and can be printed to be used as an address label.  Instructions for completing the form are contained on the form.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund within 7 days of your refund being approved, please contact us at: info@workmode.co.nz

 

Exchanges

Shopping online is not always easy, that’s why we are happy to exchange items for a different size, or style, provided it meets our return criteria.  Please contact us for assistance with your exchange. You will receive notification when your exchange has been dispatched. 

 

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  If you have received a faulty or incorrect item we will cover the return shipping cost, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
