Shipping policy
Shipping Addresses
We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses and require a physical street address for all WorkMode Safety deliveries.
Shipment Processing Time
Orders will be despatched within 24 hours of receipt. We aim to deliver your order within 3 working days however please allow up to 7 days for delivery. Rural delivery will be an additional 2 days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery if there are factors affecting courier networks’ ability to deliver on schedule. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping rates are per pair of shoes.
Auckland City - $5 per pair of shoes
Rest of North Island - $10 per pair of shoes
South Island - $15 per pair of shoes.
Shoes are not sold or delivered outside of New Zealand.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. Once integration with our warehouse system is complete, the Shipping confirmation email will contain your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can request your package tracking information at any point.
Damages
Company is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
WorkMode Safety is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, if you believe your package is lost or if you receive you order damaged, please do not sign for it and contact us for assistance.
